Cabernet Sauvignon is the cornerstone of what we produce, as our estate vineyards are located in the perfect area for cultivating this prestigious variety. Our soils are a combination of loam and clay-like substructure sediments from the Napa River located directly west of us and the volcanic soil deposits from the erosion of the Vaca Mountain range located directly to our east. This provides less water retention and low vigor that purposely stresses the vines for greater concentration and flavors.

The bouquet opens with crème de cassis, brambleberry and vanilla, layered with delicate hints of lilac and sandalwood. On the palate, juicy blackberry, raspberry and licorice shine with impressive purity and richness. Full-bodied and well-structured, it offers a seamless, creamy texture, deep mid-palate, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
