This 2022 vintage echoes the elegance and depth of previous years, captivating with aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, a hint of star anise, and delicate floral rose petals. The palate continues to delight with flavors reminiscent of raspberry coulis and dried cherries, now subtly interwoven with whispers of nutmeg and vanilla. The inclusion of the Calera clone in this vintage again contributes a vibrant crispness, marked by juicy acidity, silky tannins, and complex, underlying earthy notes that add a compelling layer to the wine's finish.
